Rates are provided by the hotel in Indian Rupees. The rates displayed in your selected currency are estimates based on today's rate of exchange. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the final price of the booking may vary from the estimate provided.

Booking Policy

Payment:
Non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
Balance should be paid directly to Suryagarh, credit card details will be required as soon as confirmation is received.

Cancellations:
Cancellations 15 days or more before arrival: just the deposit is charged plus any bank charges.
Cancellations less than 15 days before arrival: the deposit is charged plus 1 night's stay plus any bank charges.
Cancellations less than 10 days before arrival: the deposit is charged plus 50% of the balance.
Last minute cancellations are not refunded.

Children:
Second room for children between 8 to 12 years is charged at 50% (subject to availability).
Two children up to 7 years of age can stay in the parent's room without any additional charge.
One child bed can be provided at no additional charge, subject to availability.
If a child is above 11 years of age, a separate room will be required at 100% of the parent's applicable room rate.
