Booking Policy

Payment:
Non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
Balance X 50% should be paid directly to Siolim House once confirmation is received with the remaining balance due at the latest 2 weeks before arrival.
Peak season bookings (Dec. 21st to Jan. 7th) are due in full on confirmation.
Credit cards carry a surcharge of 2.5%.

Cancellations:
Peak season bookings (Dec. 21st to 7th Jan.) cancelled less than 30 days before arrival are charged 100%.
Cancellations more than 3 weeks before arrival: deposit + 25% of balance is charged.
Cancellations less than 3 weeks but more than 1 week before arrival: deposit + 50% of balance is charged.
Cancellations 1 week or less before arrival: deposit + 75% is charged.
No-shows are charged for the full stay.
Credit cards carry a surcharge of 2.5%.
