Booking Policy

Payment:
Non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
Balance should be paid directly to Shivavilas Palace as soon as confirmation is received.

Cancellations:
Cancellations 15 days or more before arrival: just the deposit is charged.
Cancellations between 11 and 14 days before arrival: the deposit is charged plus one day pro-rata cancellation charges will be levied.
Cancellations 10 days or less before arrival: no refund.
