Booking Policy
Payment:
Non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
Balance should be paid directly to Samode Haveli at least 45 days before arrival.
Cancellations:
Notified more than 30 days before arrival - full refund less your deposit.
Notified between 30 days and 15 days of the arrival date - full refund less your deposit + 1 night's stay.
Notified less than 14 days before arrival date - no refund.
Any reduction in the number of reserved nights within 14 days of arrival date will incur room charges for the reduced number of nights.
