Rooms are available in three categories: Courtyard Standard, Courtyard Superior and Pool-facing Superior. All are furnished with antiques, either belonging to the family or sourced locally, and decorated with beautiful, understated Rajasthani block prints.

Courtyard Standard and Courtyard Superior rooms are spread across the two courtyards and housed in the older part of the hotel. All rooms have a sit-out plus common seating areas within the charming courtyards.

The Courtyard Standard rooms are the smallest of the three room categories and come with twin beds (which can be joined together).

The Courtyard Superior rooms are bigger than the Standard rooms and have a king-size bed and sofa, plus plenty of charm and character.

Our tip: Go for the Courtyard Superior room on the first floor of the first courtyard, facing the staircase; it’s the best-looking and most welcoming of the bunch.

Be aware that the Courtyard rooms are somewhat lacking in privacy as sounds carry easily from inside the room and outside.

The Pool-facing Superior rooms are a new addition to the hotel and have more modern conveniences, such as central heating and air-conditioning, as well as more slickly designed bathrooms. These rooms are much larger than the Courtyard rooms and have bigger seating areas inside, as well as a private verandah sit-out.

Note that some rooms are located on the first floor and there are no elevators in the hotel.
