Booking Policy

Payment:
Non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
Balance should be paid directly to Purity 60 days before arrival.

Cancellations:
In all cases the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks before arrival: deposit + 1 night's stay is charged.
Early departure or no-show will be charged in full.
In addition, for peak season cancellations:
- notified between 1 and 3 weeks before arrival: deposit + 25% of the balance will be charged.
- notified between 7 and 4 days prior to arrival: deposit + 50% of the balance will be charged.
- notified 3 days or less before arrival: deposit + 80% of the balance will be charged.
