There are 2 categories of rooms spread out across the 3 buildings.

At Panjim Inn there are rooms in the original building as well as some located in the newer wing. Choose from a Deluxe single/double or Superior single/double.

Deluxe rooms are on the 2^nd floor, while the more expensive Superior rooms are on the 1^st floor and come with balconies overlooking the Rua De Ourem. The rooms are old-fashioned but spotlessly clean, with four-poster beds trimmed with lace curtains, small tables and carved rosewood almirahs; modern comfort comes by way of TV, A/C and a small fridge stocked with beer, cold drinks and water.

At Panjim Peoples (opposite the Inn), the downstairs gallery café sees a steady footfall in the day but the 1^st floor is an oasis of peace and calm.

Here there are 4 Superior rooms: large, airy and suite-like, which surround a common seating lounge and come with lovely antique furniture including planters’ chairs and seating areas, four-poster beds and large windows that look over the neighbourhood, perfect for people-watching in the day.

Panjim Pousada, tucked away in an alleyway adjacent to the Inn, is the third building.

Originally a wealthy Hindu house, the converted property retains the character of the building with guests accessing the rooms through a pretty central courtyard. Shaded by the presence of large trees, the 7 Deluxe rooms are smaller than those at the Inn and Peoples, but have an attractive monastic feel to them. Rooms on the 1^st floor open to the verandah or a common balcony.
