Ozran Heights
Vagator, Goa
Ozran’s restaurant is run by Zaffran – a well-known, Delhi-based restaurant chain – and serves up some great, Indian tandoor food which is heavy but still really scrumptious.
The dining area is open and airy and has a view that is as good as that from the rooms. Tip: try and get a seat at the edge toward the cliff.
The whole property caters to a maximum of around 50 people and the dining area seats approximately 25, so you may have to wait for a table at busy times. However, keeping the numbers low means there’s a nice atmosphere here as newly acquainted friends gather round the small bar, which serves a decent range of drinks including all the standard cocktails and a good range of non-alcoholic cocktails as well.
Be aware that at night, though in specific seasons only, you may be sharing some airspace with a host of insects. City dwellers should really expect this in Goa, and it doesn’t take away from the spectacular view of the sun setting above Vagator Beach.

Menu
Tasty Indian cuisine from an extensive menu which includes a dedicated vegetarian section. We tucked into roti, sabji and dal and walked away happy.
