Booking Policy

Payment:
Non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
Balance should be paid directly to Nimmu House as soon as confirmation is received.

Cancellations:
Cancellations 30 days or more before arrival: just the deposit is charged plus any bank charges.
Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before arrival: the deposit is charged plus 50% of the balance plus any bank charges.
Cancellations less than 15 days before arrival: no refund.
