Ghanerao Jungle Lodge

near Kumbhalgarh, Rajasthan

This is a great spot for a 2 or 3-day family getaway with older children. Safe to say that it’s also a good lesson in the appreciation of nature and how to pass the time without all the modern comforts of home.

There are balls, badminton rackets and board games available and there’s lots of outdoor space for kids to run around in; just don’t let them venture too far as the forest is on your doorstep!

A jeep safari is a great way to spend a day and also be sure to visit Kumbhalgarh Fort.
