Minimum booking is 1 week, shorter stays may be requested.
Additional surcharges apply to any stay including Dec 25th or Dec 31st, these vary according to the room booked.

Booking Policy

Payment:
Non-refundable deposit secures your booking for 48hrs and a further 50% deposit should be paid directly to Elsewhere within this time. The balance is due to Elsewhere 2 months before arrival.

Children:
Children staying in the Tents must be 12yrs+.
Children staying in the Captain's House, Piggery or Priest's House can be accommodated (1 per room) if under 10yrs, but generally no extra bed is provided.
Children staying at The Bakery must be over 10yrs of age.
At times, a camp bed may be available on request.
Baby cots available on request, free of charge.

Cancellations:
Strict cancellation policy applies: no refunds are made once payment has been received.
