Surrounding the central courtyard of the haveli are 4 ground-floor and 4 first-floor suites plus 1 suite on the second floor, each suite having its own characteristic style and décor.

The suites are built on two levels (with a mezzanine in nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8) so there’s ample space and in some cases several extra beds could fit.

The suites have cool stone or tiled floors, vaulted arches, bright Rajasthani curtains and large luggage racks. Large mattressed window seats can also double-up as a bed. Suites with a mezzanine level can accommodate another low bed or a reading area, though each room is different so you might need to check as per your need.

What really adds value here are the unique elements of the rooms: a stone ceiling with recycled railway tracks for support, the honeymoon suite with its circular bed and delicate wall-paintings – typical of Rajasthan – in its little blind arches. Then there’s the heavy, wooden refurbished furniture, ancient hand-pulled fans, curious old pegs and, overall, a good sense of space.

It took the owner, Mr. Singh, 6 years to give these rooms new life and its an ongoing process. Pick on any artifact or feature in the room, and a story of its history or how it was acquired can be told.

A small group may want to choose the cluster of 3 rooms formed by suites 5, 6 and 7, which have a small private courtyard and a seating area overlooking the central courtyard.
