Deogarh lies in the heart of Rajasthan, more or less equidistant (150km) from Bhilwara, Jodhpur and Udaipur, 90km north-east of Kumbhalgarh National Park, 4hrs (by road) south-west of Jaipur and 8hrs south west of Delhi.
How to get there:
By air:
Get to Deogarh firstly by flying to Udaipur or Jodhpur, both of which are about 150km away, and then travelling on by road for 2hrs+. Udaipur and Jodhpur only have domestic flights, for international flight arrivals the gateway to Rajasthan is Delhi or Jaipur.
By train:
Deogarh has its own station which sits on the line between Udaipur and Marwar Junction. The hotel can of course collect you from Deogarh station if needed.
By bus:
There are buses to Deogarh from Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaipur and Chittorgarh.

Getting around:
Explore Deogarh on foot or on two wheels (bicycles can be borrowed from the hotel).
For day trips or trips further afield you can hire the hotel’s jeeps and the front desk can also help you arrange any onward travel.
When to go:
The best months are between October and March with the end of January being the most pleasant time, temperatures then rarely exceed the low 20 degrees C and the nighttime gets as low as 2 degrees C.
Daytime temperatures from March to the end of November can exceed 30C.
The months of May and June, before the monsoons arrive, can be very hot.
