About Us

We'll personally help you pick the perfect hotel.

We spent two years travelling around India and stayed at over a hundred hotels. The Tripzuki collection represents the best of the best. We met the owners and the staff, took our own photos, and tried the breakfast in the morning. We know EVERYTHING about these hotels. We also negotiated some incredible deals!

Leave your name and email with us and we'll get in touch to help you find the perfect hotel.

Coconut Lagoon

Keralan backwaters

There are 50 rooms in total across 3 categories, all are designed to sleep a couple, though 1 extra bed can be added.

The Deluxe Pool Villas are by far the most expensive rooms and the obviously ‘luxurious’ option, with a very modern fit-out, their own small, private pools and a gorgeous front porch vista across the lake plus a hammock to take it all in whilst lying down sipping a drink. Light-filled, clean and cool, the villas are a great option if ‘contemporary’ is more to your taste and your pocket can stretch.

The 2-storey Heritage Mansions, as the name suggests, come with locally sourced wooden furniture and are constructed largely from salvaged materials from dilapidated buildings in the region. The top-level bedrooms have an almost rustic boat-like feel with wood panelling and a gentle breeze blowing in off the lake, and though there’s not as much light in the ground floor living areas this adds to their coolness during the day. All have verandahs and outdoor seating facing in and around the resort and a few have a lake view (ask when booking).

The single-storey Heritage Bungalows are the priced the same as the Heritage Mansions but have just one level. Their cool, spacious verandahs with wicker chairs mostly face inward to the canals, lawns and palm trees of the property.

Be aware that no rooms have TV or Wi-Fi coverage, though we found our own network coverage to be OK outside of the rooms. There is a communal TV area and Wi-Fi coverage around reception.
