Booking Policy

Payment:
10% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. Balance should be paid directly to Casa Anjuna upon receipt of your confirmation (by Mastercard or Visa).

Cancellations:
Cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival receive a full refund less the deposit.
Cancellations up to 7 nights before arrival are charged 10% deposit plus the cost of 1 night.
Cancellations less than 7 nights before arrival are not refundable.
Cancellations for peak period bookings (24th Dec to 4th Jan) are not refundable.
