Aashyana
North Goa
There’s no menu or restaurant at Aashyana, although there are chefs in the central kitchen, and the main house has a private chef, who can prepare lavish meals on prior arrangement.
A simple breakfast is served for all guests – juice, bread, freshly cut fruit, eggs cooked to order, and also some popular Indian fare like poha and poori-aloo.
Otherwise you can order simple but very tasty Goan food – fish and prawn curry, fried fish, salad, chicken dishes, and a range of North-Indian home food like dal, gobi-aloo and other vegetables.
Essentially, if you order ahead and request certain dishes or meals, they can be provided. But more often than not, one can cook oneself, or eat out, which is an easy and pleasant alternative given the large number of restaurants nearby.

Menu
Although Aashyana Lakhanpal has a kitchen and trained chefs, they don’t have a restaurant or menu as such.
But if you do want to stay in, you can also easily cook for yourself. The kitchen has everything you need and if you give the drivers a shopping list they’re happy to go out (or take you) to get your ingredients and supplies.
Dining nearby
The authentic, hugely popular Goan Catholic restaurant Bhatti Village, is a short distance away in Nerul.
Bomras, the famous modern Burmese restaurant is down the road toward Sinquerim.
Florentine’s, in Saligao, is the place of legendary chicken cafreal. Try Wok ‘n’ Roll in Sinquerim, and Republic of Noodles in Candolim for Asian food.
Otherwise there are the typical beach shacks, all relatively similar. Café Chocolati has some exceedingly good sweet options.
